Fireweed Station Inn is a First Class rural Alaskan accommodation. Our log
home was originally built in 1946 near Talkeetna, Alaska (the jump-off point to
Mt. McKinley and Denali National Park.) Once a remote hunting and fishing lodge accessible
only by the Alaska Railroad, we now offer fully restored deluxe rooms, a menu of fine dining choices &
a wine list. Located on Section House Lake, our 17 acres are yours with which to relax and enjoy the rustic solitude of the
Last Frontier.
Alaska has only some 300 National Historic Register sites. We are proud to be among them - so proud
that we took a decade to renovate every corner of this old inn.
